“Did a great job on the service. The two things I did not care for was not getting a text message he was on the way until he had left my home. In addition, he had pre scheduled my next service appt and stated I can call to change it if that date and time does not work. This might be a new company thing, but I prefer to get the remind me email and schedule it then.”
