“Requested a proposal for duct cleaning last week. Technician came out and did inspection. Paid $150 for inspection and he quoted us $1680 for cleaning and ionization unit installations.
Did not get emailed proposal. Called the office and was again quoted $1680. Email with quote arrived, $3560. Called and asked why it was not $1680. Basically told I was quoted wrong twice by their employees., take it or leave it. Very fly by night practices for a long established local company. Be careful if you use them. I won’t be using or recommending them to anyone.”
