“We recently bought the house and the previous owner used your company for service. We have had you out at least 3 times now and have been pleased with your service thus far. Today’s service call also went well.
But I wish the previous service calls had picked up a major issue we now have which is we need to replace the gas boiler. We have another appointment tomorrow to do an estimate for that replacement. I just hope it can be done in a timely manner and won’t be too expensive as it is affecting us having hot water. Thank you.”
