“Your service rep was courteous and on time.He checked leak that I called about day before coming from inside unit which turned out to be condensation /clogged drain and also did a regular maintenance check which had been earlier scheduled for 9/8/22 .He kept me informed of everything he was doing and the results.He also informed me of options for unit service now in view of age /current performance level ,also as well as quotes on newer models,if interested.I appreciated his help and knowledge in this area and offered to send me a follow-up email with detailed information which included models available/fiancing ,etc.He was very efficient, positive attitude.”
