“I had to schedule a service call on a Saturday for a faulty gas furnace. I called the Howell’s office and the associate there took my info and said she would contact the service technician ASAP. Within 10-15 minutes I received a call from Tim Pace, he introduced himself, asked some questions about the issue, and informed me of his ETA. Tim arrived at the promised time, got a little more info about the problem, and got right to work.

After a very thorough examination of the issue, he explained to me the reason for the problem and what it would take to fix it. I asked him to proceed with the repair. He went back to work on it and within 20-30 minutes had the furnace running like new.

Throughout the entire service call Tim exhibited a thoroughly professional bearing. He laid out the cause-and-effect of the problem, was quick to address the few questions that I had, and took care of making sure that all was well before leaving.
