From diagnosing the problem to replacing the defective DC power supply board in our air handler, I was beyond impressed with his HVAC expertise, professionalism, and kindness. He provided excellent and efficient service and was very courteous and helpful during his visits. He also made sure to thoroughly explain the problem and the repair so that I understood the process from start to finish. After the installation of the new DC power supply board, he made sure that our HVAC system was up and running again smoothly and completed checks while monitoring the system operation.
