“During a recent winter storm that left traveling hazardous my gas furnace went out (fortunately(?), it was only the furnace and not the electricity that went out). It went out on a Monday and I contacted Howell’s to send a technician to my home and address the issue. My information was directed to the on call technician, Curtis Gray, who promptly contacted me and we discussed the problem.
Keep in mind that the storm caused many roads to be impassible and I certainly wasn’t expecting a same day service call. Thankfully, Howell’s, like so many other service companies, doesn’t operate in these conditions.
Howell’s was able to book me for Wednesday which was perfectly fine. My technician, Curtis, was there on time and got right to work with solving my problem (a defective blower). The blower was replaced and tested and is working great. He also left me with a couple of troubleshooting tips to try before calling if it happens again.
I’ve been a long term customer of Howell’s because of their prompt and reliable customer and field service. That comes from having great people and a great customer service philosophy!
