“Hill Downstairs heat went out the night before Christmas Eve. Called Howells around 8:00 PM and left message. On return call, I was told that they had been flooded with calls due to the wind and cold weather, which was at totally understandable, but could be at my house around noon the next day. C.L. called around 9:00 AM on Christmas Eve and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, explained the issue and was gone in about an hour. Considering the weather, number of houses without heat and Christmas upon us, Howells exceeded expectations.”
