During a recent snow/ice storm, I had an overnight flame-out on my gas furnace that wouldn’t re-ignite. I contacted Howell’s early the next morning, and they immediately notified a technician, Curtis Jones, to address my issue as soon as possible.
Upon arrival, Curtis got right to work and isolated the cause of the flame-out. He fully described the reasons behind the problem and the steps he took to get it resolved. Additionally, he offered to me some simple tips that would potentially help avoid flame-out issues in the future.
I would also like to offer thanks to the service dispatcher that handled my initial call and immediately contacted Curtis to get him to my home as soon as possible.
