We woke up this morning with our first snowfall of the year and our furnace not working. Our furnace guy retired, and we frantically called around trying to schedule a service call. When we called Howell's (other places did not answer the phone), we were told they would do what they could to get someone out today and that they were prioritizing customers with no heat. We did not have a relationship with them and were not expecting someone to come out today. They just left, and we now have heat. Thank you very much, Howell's, especially since it is to be in the teens tonight. You have this customer for life.
