Today, two fellows (Ricky and A.J.) came to my house to clean the HVAC vents and ducts. They arrived on time, took a walk with me through the house, and explained what they were going to do every step of the way. Since duct cleaning is something one can’t check behind, the homeowner has to ask questions. Better yet is to find that the crew leader is answering your questions before you ask. That tells you that ‘this ain’t their first rodeo.’
