I have used Howells since I bought my house 2 years ago. We are on their program to have a twice-a-year system checkup and tune-up. It is a very affordable price. Mark has been our guy every time and is always very knowledgeable and lets us know what he's doing. The best part compared to other providers is he comes in and doesn't try to upsell us a new unit (ours is 21 years old at this point). Just checks, cleans, and tunes our system and lets us know it's running fine. I know I can count on Howells to take care of us and not try to squeeze money out of us.
Update: Our now 22-year-old AC unit decided to die on a hot Sunday afternoon. Called Howells at a little after 2, and they were on-site at 3:30. Had my unit fixed and running by 5. Spent less than 4 hours with our AC off thanks to Howells' speedy service. Once again, didn't try to upsell me or recommend full replacement; just diagnosed the broken part, replaced it, and said, have a nice day.
