“During a recent cold snap, I had an overnight flame-out on my gas furnace that wouldn’t re-ignite. I contacted Howell’s early the next morning and they immediately dispatched a technician, Matt Banton, to address my issue.
Upon arrival Matt got right to work and isolated the cause of the flame-out. He fully described the reasons behind the problem and the steps he took to get it resolved. Additionally, he offered to me some simple tips that would potentially help avoid flame-out issues in the future.
I would also like to offer thanks to the service dispatcher that handled my initial call and immediately contacted Matt.

We are now faced with three options, modify my current unit so the replacement part would fit, replace the cooling portion of the unit with a new cooling unit (inside and outside units), or replace the complete unit (heat and A/C.
