I personally want to thank Mark Vella, our highly experienced service technician, who went above and beyond during the whole repair process. From diagnosing the problem to replacing the defective DC power supply board in our air handler, I was beyond impressed with his HVAC expertise, professionalism, and kindness. He provided excellent and efficient service and was very courteous and helpful during his visits. He also made sure to thoroughly explain the problem and the repair so that I understood the process from start to finish. After the installation of the new DC power supply board, he made sure that our HVAC system was up and running again smoothly and completed checks while monitoring the system operation. He even cleared a clog in the air handler drain line and re-secured some of the supply lines of the outdoor heat pump fan unit during his system checks. Thank You So Much again for everything, Mark!

On return call, I was told that they had been flooded with calls due to the wind and cold weather, which was at totally understandable, but could be at my house around noon the next day. C.L. called around 9:00 AM on Christmas Eve and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, explained the issue and was gone in about an hour. Considering the weather, number of houses without heat and Christmas upon us, Howells exceeded expectations.”

When he was in the attic, servicing my gas furnace, I asked him to bring down a fall wreath when he finished. He also took a couple wreaths up the disappearing stairs. First arrived right at appointed time maybe couple of minutes early and were ready to go with booties over their outdoor shoes to not track inside anytime they came in and out. I really appreciated that without having to ask! Made sure my system was running correctly and answered couple of questions to how heat pumps work to set properly & more efficiently with two levels & two units. John we t the extra mile and took a piece of insulation to a draft of 50* coming in from an old fireplace that is not in use that was drawing in cold air to make heat work harder than necessary. “Your service rep was courteous and on time.He checked leak that I called about day before coming from inside unit which turned out to be condensation /clogged drain and also did a regular maintenance check which had been earlier scheduled for 9/8/22 .He kept me informed of everything he was doing and the results.He also informed me of options for unit service now in view of age /current performance level ,also as well as quotes on newer models,if interested.I appreciated his help and knowledge in this area and offered to send me a follow-up email with detailed information which included models available/fiancing ,etc.He was very efficient, positive attitude.”
