That's because York® Affinity™modulating gas furnaces continuously adjust their heating level by 1% increments to match the degree of comfort you need exactly and efficiently. In fact, they can maintain indoor temperatures to within 1/2 degree of your thermostat's setpoint.* The variable speed, ECM, blower slowly ramps up and down providing quiet and efficient air distribution while reducing overall utility consumption.
The Affinity™ 9.C is the highest rated gas furnace in the industry (up to 98% AFUE), which means more efficiency and lower energy costs.
