Howell's takes this responsibility very seriously, which is why the technicians we hire are subjected to rigorous screening. The bottom line is that the only people who are hired are people that the owners and managers would feel comfortable having in their own homes with their wives and children present.
In January, Howells initiated their Work Safe/Home Safe Safety Program. This program was developed to keep Safety and safe practices at the forefront of every job that we perform, commercially and residentially. Weekly safety training classes, CPR training classes, and OSHA training courses are all part of the criteria for maintaing this safe work environment. This program rewards those employees for their hard work, commitment, and dedication to Howell's safety program. |
